We can provide that objective, expert opinion on your behalf to your clients. Because our services are not tied to the outcome of the property, we can tactfully address issues that may be more difficult for you to approach—odours, religious items, sentimental collections, personal taste etc.

We also have the expertise to not only see what changes need to be implemented in order to bring greater market appeal to a property, we know how. While most people may be able to identify that a room feels awkward, or that the colours are too bold, we provide the solution to remedy those situations—how the furniture should be placed for better flow, or which colours do have the right undertones to coordinate with other fixed surfaces in the home.

Staging Consultations

Our "Fresheyes" Consultation

We will spend approximately 1 hour in the property making our notes and addressing the major areas of concern with the homeowner. We will follow-up within 24 hours by emailing a summary to you and the homeowner highlighting these points of discussion.

Our "Fresheyes" Consultation Complete with Recommendation Report

We will spend 1-2 hours in the home evaluating its strengths and areas for pre-sale improvement. We take photos to detail our recommendations, and within 24 hours you and the homeowner will receive the full report itemizing all of our suggestions. This often helps the homeowners look at their property with greater objectivity.

You and the homeowner are then free to choose how to proceed in implementing these recommendations.

JumpStart Option

Perhaps you have a reluctant homeowner that just doesn't see how staging will help, or one that has the deer-in-the-headlights syndrome of being so overwhelmed, they just can't begin. Take matters into your hands by offering this option. We will come into the home for 3 hours and Power Stage!

We will tackle the issues most needing to be addressed including re-arranging furniture, tagging items that should be stored elsewhere, moving artwork and accessories, and starting the process of decluttering. Although not a full consultation, we can also advise the homeowners on what else they can do after we leave. It's your 3 hours—put us to work!

Real Estate Staging (Occupied & Vacant properties)

Perhaps you have a special property that you choose to take the full reins on. We are happy to assist you with it in any way that you choose, ranging from coordinating all the tasks required or simply coming in after everything else is done to arrange furniture, accessories and artwork.

We also rent accessories, furniture and art. A consultation is included in this service and we will credit a previously performed consultation towards our hands-on staging. The quotation for staging is always free of charge.

When you contract our staging services, the homeowner will also receive our customized Marketfresh Checklist to help them quickly freshen the home before each showing.

Real Estate Photos

Not only do we use professional quality photographic equipment and multiple lighting sources, we also will make post-production touch-ups when lighting conditions render the photos less than ideal. You will not see any more vertical lines going askew or rooms that look like they belong in a fun house. We choose our shots carefully to make sure we showcase the features of the home, not just document the various rooms.

We provide the benefit of not only being able to set up the right shot, but to style it effectively as well, moving items as needed to avoid awkward foregrounds or unattractive backgrounds. Our eye-for-detail and staging-know-how really pay off in your photos!
