We offer two levels of consultation:

Our "Fresheyes" Consultation
We will spend approximately 1-1.5 hours in your home giving you lots of feedback and market tips specific to your home. You will find out about colors, flooring, cleaning, styling and even how to manage with kids and pets. You'll want to have pen and paper ready!

Our "Fresheyes" Consultation with Recommendation Report
We will spend 1.5 hours in your home giving you feedback as above. We also take photos to detail our recommendations, helping you see your space with greater objectivity. We then send you a full, illustrated report taking all the guess (and memory) work out of sale preparation. This is a great option for those wanting a step-by-step or DIY approach.

Selling your home and moving are among the top stressors in life. If you've got more "To-do List" than energy, time or know-how, easing your burden is our specialty. At GreenApple we love to come alongside HomeOwners and use our expertise to get your property market ready as quickly as possible.

We can take over where our consultation left off by arranging trades and tasks; or we can come in after you've done all the "home work" and just apply our property presentation skills.

We arrange furnishings to highlight the architectural features of a space, hang artwork, and display appropriate accessories. We stay conscious of your budget and work with what you have. If desired, we can also rent our art, accessories or furniture with packages starting from just $150 per month.

Each project is estimated and priced individually taking into account the size of the home, the condition and the desired result. A basic consultation is included in every staging project we do, and quotations are always free of charge. Give us a call!

Get a Jump Start with Power Staging
If you want to just get going, or feel that your home is very nearly market ready, we can do a 3 hour Power Stage or Property Styling service. Without a prior in-person consultation, we come in and just get going!

Based on our market expertise, we will immediately address the areas that will benefit you and your home the most. This may include furniture re-arranging, tagging items that should be stored elsewhere, or moving artwork and accessories.

We will look at prior MLS photos, if available, to come as prepared as possible. Although not a full consultation, we give you additional tips and advice on what else you can do after we leave. It's your 3 hours—put us to work!

You know that great web photos are a must in every marketing plan, but what's a photography shoot without a little primping first?

This service is like a Power Stage prior to one of our Photography sessions. We re-arrange accessories, artwork, tag items to be packed up, optimize furniture placement for selling (excluding oversized pieces), style tables, bookshelves, bedrooms and bathrooms. With the help of the HomeOwner to take away extraneous items, the space will be photo ready after this mini-makeover.
